Today my boss and the owner of my company pulled me aside to talk to me. They informed me that I had passed my 90 probationary period, and that they had decided to keep me. I wasn’t worried about not been kept on becuase my boss had dropped some very large hints that she wanted to keep me. However it was nice to be able to have it in writing. And I got a whole dollar an hour more as a raise!
They told me I still had to work on the amount of time I spend on the phone with customers, to try to cut it down to basics only. Other than that they loved me and had nothing but good things to say to me. This company is growing, and it I will be a part of it.
